Media Library
After much discussion, it was clear that a single repository for all media associated with The Africa Rally was needed, in order to not only give prospective teams an idea of the community they are becoming part of, but to assist those on their own overlanding adventures.
Resources
In order to best assist teams in preparing for their overland adventure, this area of our Media Library will consist of useful posters, guides, infographics, and brochures always free to download.
Please be patient with us while the team create these resources, however if you’ve an immediate query don’t hesitate to get in touch directly on info@africarally.com

Life on Wheels: A Guide to Motorhome Life
Camping has been a crowd pleaser amongst our family for decades, from our days of squeezing 5 people into a 4-man tent in the Drakensberg mountains, to traveling from Cape Town to Kenya with a 4x4 off-road trailer. As the kids got older and then busier with...

London to Cape Town – The Mistakes and The Wins!
At the outset of my trip heading from the United Kingdom to South Africa, the classic motorbike route of London to Cape Town, I was pretty green to adventures (and on some level I suppose I still am). That said, after 5 months and 23,000km I’ve learnt a couple of...

I Like Motorbikes – Changes on the Road Through Africa
The rain beads down the window, droplets racing one another to the bottom of the plastic composite. I gaze out at the stony carpark and the neighbours van and wonder if the rain will ever stop, but living in the valleys of South Wales in winter, I already know the...
It Counts If You’re Having Fun (How I Started Rock Climbing and You Can Too!)

Encounters of the Bush Kind (Botswana)
It had been a long, sweaty, and rather humid day in the Botswana wilderness. A sunrise wake-up, two lengthy game drives, many cold beers and great company had resulted in a day of unrivalled happiness. Having seen the greatest array of wildlife our city minds could...
