John and Barrie who run The Sunday Socials show on VDub Radio were part way through an alphabet of all things VW, when they were stuck for the letter “R”. Luckily The Africa Rally came to the rescue, and as our mobile HQ is a 1976 VW Kombi there was no shortage of break down stories, and mechanical “side of the road” bodges which they were able to discuss. We always have a good complement of VWs on The Africa Rally, and hope that to continue for many years to come!
